Getting Ready For the Birth - 17 Days To Go…
I believe in being prepared, so I packed my bag which I would take with me to the hospital, when my labor starts. I suggest to pack a bag as you start the ninth month of pregnancy. Don’t leave it for too late because you don’t know when you will go into labor. So it’s better to be prepared, rather than panicking and forgetting things when the time comes.
So today I packed my bag with the following things:
- Camera to take pictures of new born baby
- Front-opening nighties – if you are going to breast feed
- 2/3 pairs of nursing bras and breast pads
- Sanitary towels
- Toiletries bag - toothbrush, hairbrush, soap etc
- Dressing gown and slippers
- Pair of towels
- Loose outfit for coming home
- Clothes and nappies for babies

I think I over stuffed my bag to the hospital with too many of my children’s clothes I got from the shower! I couldn’t choose from so many cute clothes!
