Day Of Birth

My husbands been nagging me to write in my diary, and to be honest i have been neglecting it. But I have a good excuse: my son. It’s a full time job to take care of a new born baby.

Nevertheless here is my memories of the day I gave birth to our son. I don’t remember much to be honest, due to the pain, but I will tell you what I remember.

My nephew came to visit me 3 days ago. He had some kind of viral infection and so I became sick. I got flu, very high fever and very bad sore throat. I got worried because I couldn’t feel baby move at all that day. So I told my husband to take me to hospital. Because I didn’t want anything to go wrong when I have so little time left to give birth.

Last couple of days, my pregnancy has been very hard. Due to a lot of weight, my body gets tired; don’t get enough sleep and so on. These few days seem very long and feel like that they will never end. I am getting tired, being impatient of seeing my baby, not getting enough sleep and so on.

As the time is coming closer to the labour, your feelings and emotions start to change, especially if it’s your first child. You started getting excited about the baby, scared about what will happen during labour, how will you cope and so on. So I was reading this article about how your partner can make you feel relaxed during labour, so you don’t feel that you have to go through this all by yourself.
